It is definitely centrally located. All major monuments are within a short walk
This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. If it weren't for its central location I wouldn't recommend it to anyone: It is old; you have to climb stairs to get to the elevator; the staff is unhelpful even if you are fluent in Italian; the (poor) amenities I had in my room were obviously reused; the breakfast buffet is mediocre

The hotel is really in the heart of Rome and is confortable.
The hotel is not a 4 stars-hotel as they announced. It is totally overpriced for what they offer: rooms are clean, but bathrooms are old, rooms are small, there are almost no beauty/cleaning products offered... It is a correct 3 stars hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The reception staff were helpful and friendly.
There is no way this is a four star hotel and we would not stay here again. It was not good value for money. The services were limited, e.g. no bar after 8.30pm. The rooms were in need of decoraction and not to standard. The breakfast choices were poor and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.

The hotel's location (and it's rooftop terrasse, especially!) was the best part -- it is perfectly located, within walking distance of anything in the city, especially the Colosseum! It's the perfect hotel location in the city. The rooms were fine, nothing too fancy, but good condition and clean. The breakfast buffet was quite good too, even including miniature buffalo mozzarella balls! Our room was on the top level (level 6) and on the side not facing the busy road, so the great views over the city and the quiet nights with open window were a big added plus!
The air-conditioner didn't seem to work too well (and made the room smell musky when on) and the housekeeping would turn it off while we were gone during the day anyways(!!), but luckily we didn't really usually even need it, even though it was in July.

The staff were very friendly and so helpful, plus the location was first class which meant you could walk to most of the major attractions, I also enjoyed spending some time on the roof terrace taking in the fabulous views over the city.

The location was amazing - walking distance to almost every major attraction. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English (as our group only spoke English and French).
The wifi access kicks you out to "sign on" every 15 mins and it wasn't a fast network - but it was free. The beds were a bit hard, but all in all not terrible. Know that it's busy in this area, so traffic is consistent - didn't bother us, but if it's your first time in Rome and not from a major urban area, bring ear plugs.

Excellent location and staff were very helpful.Nice roofgarden. value for money
Very old-fashioned hotel, shower and the bed need to be renovated. breakfast was the same for eacho morning but was ok, no restaurant or bar in the hotel it looked like used to be one before. But we enjoyed our stay it was a good price compared to the other hotels in Rome crazy prices need to do something and the service charges are so annoying.

The views from the rooftop and the flying staircase. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby decoration was pleasant.
The room was fairly small and there was not much table top space for personal belongings. The window would not open and the staff either did not follow up to repair it or it was unrepairable (we were never informed). The shower took a long time to get hot water, and it often did not last very long before it was cold.

I had a lovely time enjoying my coffee on the rooftop terrace while taking in the fine views of Rome's skyline and relaxing in the cozy lounge area. The breakfast was decent enough to start the day, though it could use a little more variety. One thing to keep in mind is that the beds are quite firm, but don't let that stop you from enjoying your stay 😊

The location was perfect for a city break if you want to tour ancient Rome
The bar was closed too early 9pm and it was no ironing board
